Wall Mount Fiber Distribution Box

GL-15N6S Wall Mount Fiber Distribution Box​​ is designed for protecting and managing fiber connections in PON (Passive Optical Network) technology applications. It facilitates the transition from feeder cables in buildings to branch cables in FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) networks. This box supports fiber termination, direct transmission, distribution, and routing of fiber optic nodes between feeder cables and branch fiber cables.

With a maximum capacity of ​​16 fibers​​, the wall mount fiber distribution bbox can accommodate ​​two 1×8 PLC splitters​​ or ​​one 1×16 PLC splitter​​. It is ideal for building network construction in PON environments.

Constructed from high-strength ABS engineering plastic, the fiber distribution box features a durable and sleek design. It is compatible with unterminated cables and supports the installation of SC adapters and fast connectors. Installation methods include ​​wall-mounting​​ and ​​pole-mounting​​.

Features:

• Structure is push-style with optional screw fixing. It is convenient in opening and closing the box.

• It can be installed with two 1:8 PLC splitters, one 1:16 splitter and it is particularly applicable to PON technology fiber distribution network building.

• It is applicable to installation and use of SC adapter, fast connector.

Fiber Distribution Box Installation Method:

Wall-mount：

1. Drill 4 holes for M8 expansion screws according to the following size in the picture.

2. Fix the support bracket in the wall by expansion screws, check the fixing direction according the mark in it.

3. Install the box on the bracket.

① Insert the projecting part 2 of bracket into lower holes 1 in box.

② Balanced remove the bracket up, toward to the higher holes to the top, keep the box and bracket tightly and parallelly close, then pull the box downward to finish the installation.

Pole-mount:

1. Install the hoop as the following picture, then fix the bracket on the pole.

2. Install the box on the bracket.

① Insert the projecting part 2 of bracket into lower holes 1 in box.

② Balanced remove the bracket up, toward to the higher holes to the top, keep the box and bracket tightly and parallelly close, then pull the box downward to finish the installation.
