The GL-A6-16P 16 Core Optical Fiber Distribution Box, as the terminal hub of the feeder cable, realizes efficient connection with the incoming cable in the FTTx communication network system. This device integrates the functions of optical fiber splicing, splitting and distribution into a single box, providing reliable protection and convenient management support for FTTx network infrastructure.
Main features
This terminal box adopts a fully enclosed structure design and has excellent durability. The box body is made of PC+ABS material, featuring excellent moisture-proof, water-proof, dust-proof and anti-aging performance, with a protection level reaching IP65/66.
Structurally, it integrates an integrated clamping device for the feeder cable and the introduction cable, and supports the functions of optical fiber splicing, fixation, inventory storage and distribution. Inside the equipment, independent channels are set up for cables, pigtails and jumpers respectively to avoid mutual interference.
It is also equipped with a micro PLC splitter, which is convenient for maintenance and operation. The wiring panel can be flipped upwards, and the feeder cables are laid through the entry ports, significantly enhancing the convenience of installation and maintenance. It supports multiple installation methods such as wall mounting and pole mounting, and is suitable for various indoor and outdoor application scenarios.
Technical parameters
The operating environment temperature of the equipment ranges from -40°C to +85° C. At 30°C, the maximum relative humidity is 85%, and the applicable atmospheric pressure range is from 70 kPa to 106 kPa. In terms of performance, the insertion loss does not exceed 0.15 dB, the UPC return loss is no less than 50 dB, and the APC return loss is no less than 60 dB. In terms of lightning protection performance, the insulation resistance between the grounding device and the metal components is not less than 2×10⁴ MΩ/500 V DC, and the withstand voltage capacity is 3000 V DC (for 1 minute, without breakdown or flashover).
