The PA-2000 Fiber Cable Clamp is precision-engineered with a rugged, open-frame thermoplastic housing constructed from advanced high-performance polymers. At its core, the clamp features an optimized internal structure with an inner sheath integrating one or two molded insulating plastic wedges (PE/PP, with strong dielectric properties and low creep). The wedges' tapered profile and textured surface guide smooth insertion and enhance grip, enabling gentle yet secure clamping of the neutral messenger wire without slippage.

Notably, the design prioritizes insulation protection: the wedges' smooth, non-abrasive surface and controlled pressure from the taper minimize stress concentration, safeguarding insulation against cuts or damage even under dynamic loads (thermal expansion, vibration, cable movement).

Reducing Field Installation Errors.

Two polished stainless steel bail ends are pressed onto the main body and spring-locked to secure the clips, simplifying assembly. Users simply pull the internal wedge back to open the jaws, insert the cable/messenger wire, then release the wedge-springing it back to lock securely. This tool-free design reduces installation time and field errors.

Complementing this is a flexible steel loop-engineered from high-strength spring steel to balance rigidity with dynamic flexibility-connected to the closed-eye bracket via riveting, bolting, or quick-release mechanisms, enabling versatile installation for overhead power lines and telecommunication towers.
