MPO to LC Fiber Cable– Connect More, Simplify Everything

In today's world, where data moves at lightning speed and data centers keep growing, having a reliable and high-density fiber solution isn't just nice-it's essential. That's exactly why we designed our MPO to LC Fiber Cable. Think of it as your go-to tool for turning complex, bulky fiber runs into a neat, manageable, and incredibly efficient patching system. Often called a harness or fan-out cable, it brilliantly links high-fiber-count backbone cables directly to your equipment's individual ports, saving you space, time, and a lot of hassle.
What It Is & How It's Built
The design is straightforward and smart. One end has a single, sturdy MTP/MPO connector. The other end fans out into several separate duplex connectors-usually LC, though we offer FC, SC, ST, and MTRJ too. A popular choice is the 12-fiber version, where one MTP connector breaks out into 6 LC duplex pairs. We use a 3.0mm LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket for the main cable, because safety in data centers matters-it reduces toxic fumes if there's a fire. Each breakout leg has a tough 2.0mm jacket for easy routing. You can choose male or female connectors, with APC polish for ultra-clean single-mode signals or UPC for standard high performance.

Detailed Technical Specifications
We build every MPO to LC Fiber Cable to meet strict industry standards like IEC-61754-7 and TIA-604-5, and they carry FCC, CE, and RoHS marks. The performance is what really stands out. For our top-tier single-mode APC cables, insertion loss is ≤0.35 dB and return loss is ≥60 dB (MTP end) / ≥50 dB (LC end). Even our standard versions keep insertion loss under 0.75 dB. This means your signal stays strong and clear. Connectors are built to last for at least 500 plug/unplug cycles, and the cable works perfectly from -40°C to +80°C. We test single-mode cables at 1310nm, and fibers follow the standard TIA-598 color code so polarity management is simple.

Why You'll Appreciate This Cable

• Saves Precious Space: A single MTP connector replaces multiple individual ports, freeing up huge amounts of rack and panel space. This is a game-changer for modern high-density setups.
• Installs in Minutes: It comes ready to use, factory-tested. No field termination means faster deployment, lower labor costs, and fewer mistakes. Just plug and play.
• Direct 40G/100G Links: This cable is the perfect link between 40G/100G QSFP transceivers and your LC-based patch panels or gear. It keeps things organized and efficient.
• Outstanding Performance: With elite-grade options hitting only 0.35 dB loss, you get more reach and headroom for demanding networks. High return loss ensures stable, reliable links.
• Easy Polarity Options: It supports standard TIA polarity types (A, B, C). Remember, for directly linking two 40G/100G transceivers, you'll need Type B (cross) polarity.
• Built Tough: From the LSZH jacket to the precision connectors (we source from leaders like US Conec), every part is chosen for durability and consistent performance.

We Can Customize It for You
We know every project is unique. That's why we offer full customization. Choose your fiber count (8, 12, 24…), fiber type (G652D, G657A1 single-mode; OM3, OM4, OM5 multimode), connector types, polish, length, jacket color, and polarity. Our team is here to help you pick the perfect setup for your needs.
Where It Fits in the Industry

ODN Solution

Data Center Solution

FTTA Solution
In my experience, this MPO to LC Fiber Cable solution works well in many modern settings. For telecom companies rolling out FTTH, it offers neat termination points that simplify managing networks in apartments or business complexes. In 5G fronthaul, it delivers the dense connectivity needed to link radio units to baseband units with little signal loss.
For data center links, it handles complicated fiber layouts while keeping signal quality high across many connections. And in Industrial IoT setups, its reliability and environmental toughness make it a good fit for sensors, controllers, and automated systems in factories.
Quality and Support
All Glory Optic fiber products go through thorough testing to ensure they last and perform consistently. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, which shows their focus on quality and improvement. They also follow RoHS rules, so the product is more environmentally friendly.
If you have special needs, they offer customization. Their engineering team assists with planning, setup, and maintenance. That kind of support, in my opinion, is why Glory Optic has become a trusted name for telecom providers, network installers, and businesses around the world.
